Guld member's rank

Hi!
I thinking that we can have some rank inside the guild like WoW(member,veteran,officer,etc..)
You got a rank if you:
- Online a lot of time
- Help the guild at fortress,wars
- Help lower lvl members etc..
A simple member have got the simple claims: UnionChat and Join
A veteran have got more than simple claims: UnionChat, Join and Withdraw maybe.
An officer have got the most claims: UnionChat, Join, Withdraw and Guild Storage.
And with this idea there is sense to be the guildmaster (Decko) because there is one more claim (notice).

Say what you think about all of this.

this idea sounds ok but one prob is that lvl 3 guild with union only give union to i believe 10 people so that would be kinda unfair to others who are the same rank

hmm.. Yeah this is problem..
I'm thinking in a way to correct this problem.

well I always just joined a guild and didnt mind the system of it but its just true u can change ranks of members? Not the privileges but just the Title

It Is A Good Idea In Theory, But Im Not Sure How It Would Work With The Title Part. Unless You Can Some How Put It Under The Avatar On The Forum, Like They Do On The Esro Site, Where It Says; Newbie, Trial-Mod, Mod, Head Mod, Admin, Etc...
