In that case, one flaw would be socializing... I don't like to socialize (in person) because I don't make a good first impression. I usually need to be in charge and know what happens a every moment. Another thing would be that I don't like surprises, because I need to have the feeling of always being prepared. Although this is good because makes me a good leader.
